Witch ́s Chin Deformity: Surgical Technique Presentation

The relationship of the chin with the rest of the facial structures is of great importance for facial aesthetics. A deformity of the chin, whether due to hard or soft tissues, compromises harmony of the face, Witch’s chin corresponds to an aesthetics defect characterized by ptosis of the premental tissue and deep mental folds. A case is presented in which a mixed technique was performed, with soft tissue resection at the level of the submental sulcus and lipotransfer to improve the transition of the mentolabial sulcus.
